it has been difficult

I never ever imagined that this would happen to me ... or maybe I didn't want to face it. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2018, it has been one of the most difficult problems in my short life. My self-demand, my fear of failure and my self-esteem led me to collapse. I don't know where I got the strength from, but with the help of my parents, my friends and my psychologist I was able to get ahead.

If someone asks me, would you go through all this again?  the answer would be yes. I think I would not be the same person that I'm today, the "little" things have become important, such as smiles, hugs, gestures and kisses. I have grown a lot, my family has noticed it and that is the most important thing for me, I enjoy every day of my life and I am very happy.  Despite the fact that now in 2021 I continue with the same diagnosis, I can say that I'm grateful to be alive and do what I'm passionate about.

  1. I understand you so much. I've experienced myself a lot of things that you say. It's important to keep fighting, and keep remembering the little things that make us the people we are and the little things that make us feel loved and happy about life. I hope you could stay that way, despite difficult moments in life. <3 kisses from a friend .

The first and best concert of my life

The first and best concert of my life If I had to talk about the best concert that I have ever been, it would definitely be the MONSTA X concert. It was on August 10, 2018, at the Polideportivo of Estadio Nacional in Chile.  MONSTA X is a Korean group formed in 2015 that currently has 6 members: Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon and I.M (there were 7 with Wonho when they debuted). They have released many albums and do world tours to promote them. That year they released their album called The Connect and came to many countries to sing and dance their songs.  As it' s my favorite group, without hesitation I bought the Monbebe (is the name of his fandom) VIP ticket to see them better. I was really happy, all the other fans were. We sang all the songs together with the group. We jumped, shouted, laughed and cried with emotion. After the concert I was able to meet them in person for a couple of seconds. I was very very anxious to see the people I admire for the firs...

A country that I would like to visit

Iceland I don't have a favourite country but I really want to visit Iceland. It is an island in Europe. The country is known for the diversity of flora and fauna.  Iceland enjoys a warmer temperature than other people think. This is due to the Gulf Stream. Winters in Iceland are not as cold as in Canada and in summer there are no truly hot days. In general, the temperature is quite mild throughout the year, and there are no drastic changes between summer and winter.  Iceland has many wonders but the one i would like too see the most  is the Nothern Lights . I would also like to visit the blue lagoon, the glaciers and the volcanoes that are around the island. Definitely Iceland would be a good country to live in. Although it 's an expensive life, salaries are proportionally higher. It 's also a safe country with good infrastructure and public services. I would certainly enjoy living there.

A career, a challenge

A career, a challenge: Sociology When I thought about studying a profession, it never crossed my mind to study sociology. I always thought of other careers, such as social work, theology or philosophy, but after doing more research with thehelp of my teachers and my parents, I was able to choose this career as my favorite. Studying to be a sociologist brings many benefits, it's a versatile profession that allows you to practice in many fields, from working in an ONG to working in a nursing home. But I didn't choose this career for the versatility or the money, otherwise it's because I have always thought that I want to make many changes to help the world, I think that thanks to this career I can get closer to fulfilling that dream. I want to do something that makes a difference, it doesn't matter if it's something small or big, but I want to help others . P.S: I chose this career because I want to make the change as I explained, but I also want to understand a littl...
